Hydrant & Sprinkler Pumps

This pump is driven by electrical motor which have the out flow capacity depending upon the requirement. These pumps are automatically controlled by pressure sensor. When more than one hydrant valve is operated this pump will start automatically to cater the requirement of flow and pressure. This helps the fire fighters to use the hydrant points at various locations without comprising the flow and the pressure and which also helps to control the fire in effective manner. Likewise, sprinkler pumps are operated when sprinkler bursts and drop in pressure will automatically start the sprinkler pump thus delivering the water to the fire affected area dousing the fire. These pumps are housed in enclosed area, the pump room.

Jockey Pumps

A jockey pump is a small pump connected to a fire sprinkler system and is intended to maintain pressure in a fire protection piping system to an artificially high level so that the operation of a single fire sprinkler will cause a pressure drop which will be sensed by the fire pump automatic controller, causing the fire pump to start. The jockey pump is essentially a portion of the fire pump's control system.

Booster Pumps

Booster pumps are devices used to increase the pressure of existing fluid flow systems. They are designed to help pumping systems achieve higher flow rates and overcome high system head. Booster pumps are considered centrifugal pumps, relying on one or more impellers to draw and move fluid.

Diesel Engine Pumps

Diesel Engine pump basically works when there is no electrical power and when there is a large quantity of water is required that means more number of hydrant valves are operated. In most real fire accident scenario this becomes a critical part of the system and will help to control the fire.

Fire Fighting Control Panels

Fire Fighting MCC Panel is a type of MCC panel consisting of feeders for hydrant pumps, jockey pumps & sprinkler pumps. We supply CPRI approved high quality Fire Fighting panels. We supply panel with control and interlocking with diesel pump. Our Panel Fire Fighting panels are with auto/manual/remote provision.

Sprinklers

A fire sprinkler or sprinkler head is the component of a fire sprinkler system that discharges water when the effects of a fire have been detected, such as when a predetermined temperature has been exceeded. Buildings protected by properly designed and maintained fire sprinklers, over 95% of fires were controlled by fire sprinklers alone.

Pipes & Valves

The Pipes used in firefighting are steel pipe either mild steel or galvanised pipes. These pipes convey fire suppression agent such as fire suppression gas or water. The flanged joints shall be provided on both sides of the valves. We supply range of pipes used in firefighting system. We also supply various types of valves used for fire suppression system. These valves are used to control the flow of suppression agent through the pipe lines. Some of them are hydrant valves, sluice/gate valve, butterfly valve, ball valve, non-return valves etc.

Fire Extinguishers

A Fire extinguisher is an active fire protection device used to extinguish or control small fires, often in emergency situations. It is not intended for use on an out-of-control fire. Typically, a fire extinguisher consists of a hand-held cylindrical pressure vessel containing an agent which can be discharged to extinguish a fire. We supply all type of extinguisher range like CO2, AFFF, ABC powder, Water mist, Wet chemical etc.
