Integrated Building Management System (IBMS)

DDC Controllers

Direct digital control is the automated control of a condition or process by a digital device. Direct digital control takes a centralized network-oriented approach. All instrumentation is gathered by various analogue and digital converters which use the network to transport these signals to the central controller. The centralized computer then follows all of its production rules and causes actions to be sent via the same network to valves, actuators, and other heating, ventilating, and air conditioning components that can be adjusted. The modern DCS enables you to drive productivity, increase efficiencies, and reduce costs

Temperature Sensors

A Temperature sensor is a device, typically, a thermocouple or RTD, that provides for temperature measurement through an electrical signal. A thermocouple (T/C) is made from two dissimilar metals that generate electrical voltage in direct proportion to changes in temperature.

Humidity Sensor

A humidity sensor (or hygrometer) senses, measures and reports both moisture and air temperature. The ratio of moisture in the air to the highest amount of moisture at a particular air temperature is called relative humidity. Relative humidity becomes an important factor, when looking for comfort.

Pressure Sensor

A pressure sensor is a device for pressure measurement of gases or liquids. A pressure sensor usually acts as a transducer; it generates a signal as a function of the pressure imposed. Normally it is used to detect leakage in line and also to operate certain safety equipment at some pre-set pressure. It has wide application like in food industry, for fire sprinkler, HVAC etc.

Water Level Sensors

Level sensors are used to detect the level of substances that can flow. Main purpose of level sensor is to monitor and control the level of liquid in large tanks and vessels. We supply high quality of different type of level sensors like Optical, ultrasonic, float, capacitance radar etc.

Damper Actuator

Motorised fire dampers are shut-off devices that prevent fire and smoke from spreading through ventilation systems. In the event of a fire, it gets activated by the input signal received from the fire alarm panel and shuts the damper valve restricting the flow of fresh air to the affected are thus preventing the spreading of fire. They are powered by fire safety actuators.
